Start the withdrawal of an online order here. The function is additional to other lawful methods and does not require a reason.
Securely match the withdrawal to your order
Shopify uses an email code to take you to your orders. Select the relevant order or item, confirm the withdrawal, and receive an automatic acknowledgement by email.
How it works
- Enter the order email address and use the six-digit code sent to you.
- Select the relevant order or item.
- Clearly confirm the withdrawal in the second step.
- Receive an acknowledgement containing the submitted information by email.
Other withdrawal methods
You may still make an unequivocal withdrawal by email to info@lumanay.de or by letter. No reason is required.
